Returns and Exhanges

We hope you'll be satisfied with all our products, but in the unlikely event you're not, you can return the item free of charge. Return it to us in the same condition you received it in, for an exchange or a refund

Returning items

Most items you buy can be returned for a refund, Gift Card or an exchange. Return must be logged by emailing us at within 14 days of the item being delivered.

Items must be in their original packaging and have all labels still attached.  Once we have received and inspected the product and validated the return we will provide you with a refund or exchange.

Please ensure you take reasonable care of the items you are returning. When trying on items please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the garment.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund value should the goods not be returned in the same condition as sent.

NON Returnable Items include the following:
  • Gift Cards
  • Ladies panties
  • Ladies Body Suits
  • Swimwear pieces where the Hygiene sticker has been removed

Faulty goods

if anything you order from us fails prematurely due to defective workmanship or materials, we would be happy to offer a full or partial refund, repair or replacement as appropriate in the circumstances.

Returning items received as gift

Items received as gift can be returned, however refunds can only be sent to original payer. Please be aware that the person who bought the item will automatically get an email about any return, vouchers or replacement.


Should you wish to exchange you purchase for another item, please note that should the new item not be in stock that delivery can take up to 20 working days.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you knew if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked for your bank details for EFT Refund.
